2/3 cup cooked chickpeas
2/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 small beetroot
5 cherry tomatoes
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup olive oil
juice of 1 small lemon
1 garlic clove
2 pinches himalayan salt
1 pinch black pepper

Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add some more water if needed and blend everything well. Enjoy it with a slice of your favourite bread!
